Episode 1 - Watch
Ten aspiring actresses begin their quest to become the next Scream Queen and win a breakout role in SAW VI, one of the most successful movie horror franchises ever. They are immediately thrust into competition when they have to beg for their lives in front of a chainsaw wielding maniac.

Later, the claws come out when the women begin to size up their housemates. Will Lindsay, the former child star, prove to be tough competition? Will Kyla, a former Lingerie Bowl model, show that she has depth as well as looks? Will Tanedra, the self-taught actress, stand up against those with years of training? Will Jessica, a waitress who can never hold onto a job, calm down enough to stay in the competition? And how will Michelle, the former pageant queen, manipulate everything to her advantage?

Episode 2 - Watch
Nine remaining actresses compete for the role of a lifetime in SAW VI. Series judge Shawnee Smith, along with brutally honest casting director Kelly Wagner, evaluate the girls on their first impressions and send 2 of them off for much needed make-overs. One cast member's self-confidence takes a major hit, while another struggles to find her place in the competition. At this week's director's challenge, a movie poster photo shoot, the girls get tested on their ability to sell a film with a single look and while some shine, one of the girls' Diva attitude gets her in trouble with the judges.

Episode 3 - Watch
The eight remaining actresses, all in a heated competition for a breakout role in SAW VI, discover that this week is all about action, when Shawnee Smith requires them to leap out of a three story window. Will they make the 30 foot jump or do they let their fear control them and risk elimination? Later, tensions run high when a fun night on the town turns ugly. Will the drama of the competition affect their performances?

Episode 5 - Watch

Episode 6 - Watch
The five remaining actresses must get in touch with their dark side as the competition focuses on the "altered states" of horror. After the girls try their hand at being possessed, one continues to struggle with her self-confidence. John Homa's acting class turns ugly when a misunderstanding turns into a bitter fight between two girls. At elimination, the judges drop a shocking bombshell that sends someone over the edge and one more actress gets "The Axe."

Episode 7 - Watch
One contestant returns from elimination in a rage that threatens her place in the competition. The four remaining actresses must face their own personal horror as they act out their final moments during a "Blair Witch" challenge.

Episode 8 - Watch
It's all come down to this. Seven weeks of battling through every imaginable horror scenario has pared the competition down to three actresses. Now they must put everything they've learned to the test in the most grueling, exhausting, and emotionally difficult challenge they've ever had to face: The Scream Queen gauntlet. The loser immediately gets "The Axe" and the remaining two face off in one final Director's Challenge that will determine which one has earned the breakout role in SAW IV and the title of ...SCREAM QUEEN.
