Mena Suvari says yes to beau
Thursday, July 17, 2008Marriage is so hot right now – in Hollywood – and Mena Suvari and her beau music producer Simone Sestito jumped on the commitment bandwagon last week. A vacation in Jamaica turned into a romantic getaway for the 29-year-old actress when Sestito got down on one knee and popped the question. "They're taking their time planning the wedding," a close friend of the Rhode Island native told People.com. "They are in no rush." Last year Suvari met her soon-to-be hubby at the Toronto International Film Festival while promoting the controversial film Stuck. Best known for her supporting role in the Academy Award-winning drama American Beauty, the small-to-big-screen talent also gained her fame in American Pie and American Pie 2, getting nominated as one of Blockbuster's favourite newcomers.
