Tuesday, August 12, 2008Tori Spelling has backed out of appearing in the CW's 90210 spin-off, set to air this September, according to Zap2It.com. The veteran Beverly Hills actress accepted the network's offer in May to reprise her role as Donna Martin, however, money talks... and it told Spelling she wasn't getting paid enough. DeadlineHollywoodDaily.com reported Monday, that Spelling wasn't happy after she learned her comeback costars – Jennie Garth and Shannen Doherty – were getting paid significantly more per episode. (Speculation suggests she was to be paid $10,000-20,000 per episode and her counterparts were receiving $35,000-50,000.) "The CW has no deal with Tori Spelling to appear on 90210 at this time," a network representative confirmed yesterday. The 35-year-old wife to Dean McDermott, and mother of their children Liam Aaron and Stella Doreen, has her work cut-out for her anyway. She and her hubby have been filming the second season of their reality show, Tori & Dean, set to air next year. Summary by: Jocelyn Nespiak for Star! News Photograph courtesy Getty Images/Alberto E.
