Thursday, August 28, 2008The death of Dr. Dre's 20 year-old son remains a mystery as autopsy results prove inconclusive, according to People.com. Last Saturday Andre Young Jr. was found unresponsive in his bed by his mother, Jenita Porter, in their Woodland Hills, Calif. home. She immediately called paramedics who declared him dead at the scene. "We don't know why he died," Capt. Ed Winter told People.com. Reports indicate that Dr. Dre's son had been out with friends on Friday night. The Los Angeles County Department of Coroners ruled out physical factors such as trauma and foul play. No official cause of death has been found. "We'll be doing toxicology and other tests, which will take up to six weeks," Winter said. "It's to determine whether alcohol or drugs played a part..." Lori Earl, the West Coast rapper's publicist, told reporters Tuesday, "Dr. Dre is mourning the loss of his son. Please respect his family's grief and privacy at this time."
