Amy: no jail can keep her
Thursday, May 08, 2008Less than 24-hours later and the Back to Black Grammy-winner gets out on bail. Amy Winehouse was briefly arrested Wednesday for suspicion of drug possession related to an incident in January. A video was given to the London police that captured the "Rehab" singer inhaling fumes from a pipe during a party at her London home. The erratic Brit voluntarily turned herself in to a London police station. Chris Goodman, the singer's spokesperson, said she was arrested only to be interviewed and was "cooperating fully with inquiries". A court date is scheduled for later this month.
